These add-on Trainsets and items are distributed "AS-IS" and you may use the Train Artisan add-on Trainsets and items ONLY if you agree to the following conditions:

1. You have a current, registered ClubTA membership.

2. If your ClubTA membership expires, you may still continue to use the Train Artisan Trainsets and items that you downloaded during the period that you were a registered member.

3. In no event shall TrainArtisan Inc. including any respective directors or agents be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use this software, even if Train Artisan Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. You agree to indemnify TrainArtisan Inc., and their respective directors and agents against any and all claims arising from your use of the software.

5. You do not use this add-on software for direct financial gain without the written permission of Cyrus Lum. You do not offer this add-on software as a download to others without written permission from Cyrus Lum. 6.You understand that the Train Artisan Inc. Add-ons, items, and website are copyrighted works of Train Artisan Inc. and the add-on, in whole or in part, may not be used or included in anything else without the written permission of Cyrus Lum acylum@trainartisan.com

7. You may not use the software in any country, state, or situation where the law nullifies or contradicts any of the terms of this agreement.

8. Should any terms of this agreement prove to be invalid for any reason then the agreement will be nullified but the disclaimer will remain in effect.

Written permission must be provided by Cyrus Lum (acylum@trainartisan.com) before distribution of this add-on can take place. This unmodified document must accompany distribution.
